Pending Approvals

The Pending Approvals tab shows all requests waiting for your approval.

Viewing Requests

Each request shows:

• Requestor: Name and email of the person requesting the app
• App: The app being requested
• Requested: When the request was submitted
• Stage: Current approval stage number
• Justification: Reason provided by the requestor (if any)

Approving Requests

1. Review the request details
2. Click Approve to advance the request
3. The request moves to the next approval stage (or completes if this was the final stage)

Rejecting Requests

1. Click Reject
2. Enter a reason for rejection (required)
3. The requestor is notified of the rejection with your reason
